Jimmy Kimmel had his mom and sister removed from his late-night show on Monday, and he continued the family drama on Tuesday as he told a rather embarrassing story about his Aunt Chippy.

During his opening Jimmy Kimmel Live! monologue on September 29, he gave a shout-out to the family who was in attendance on the second night of his show’s weeklong residency in Brooklyn, New York. The 58-year-old ABC host revealed that his Aunt Chippy was in the audience before he encouraged her to “stand up so we can see you,” as the audience applauded.

“Last night Aunt Chippy had to stay back at the hotel and I won’t get into why because it’s personal, but I’m happy to announce that she no longer has diarrhea,” Kimmel revealed as his relative was standing. It comes after Kimmel joked Melania Trump was actually an AI unit during a previous Jimmy Kimmel Live! episode.

Aunt Chippy then shot back, “I’m sick because of you,” adding, “I don’t know whether I’m sick because of you or I’m just sick of you.”

Kimmel joked, “Speaking of diarrhea, Matt Damon showed up on the show last night, and we kicked him right out of here.” Damon appeared on the night of Monday, September 28, on Jimmy Kimmel Live! representing for the Red Sox fans.

His support for the baseball team and his closeness to Kimmel’s family led to his being “removed” from the late-night show. Kimmel and Damon’s faux feud surfaced after the former mentioned the baseball postseason AL Wild Card Series between the Yankees and the Red Sox, scheduled for Tuesday.

Damon interrupted Kimmel before he finished asking the question about there being any baseball fans in the audience, standing up to yell “Go Sox” repeatedly as he showed his strong support for the team.

Although many audience members cheered Damon for being a Sox fan, others booed him. Kimmel, pretending not to know the Oscar-winning actor, stated, “You, the loser in the Red Sox cap, what is your name?” to which Damon answered, “You know my name.”

Kimmel continued the bit of not knowing Damon, responding, “I have no idea what your name is, and honestly I don’t care because it’s time for the ceremonial throwing out of the first Red Sox fan.”

The TV host then demanded the security “remove” Damon from the theater, even though Damon attempted to stay. Damon then told Kimmel that he “wasn’t even trying to get on the show” and was “just there with family,” who turned out to be Kimmel’s real life family members.

While Kimmel continued to call for security to escort Damon out, he briefly stopped after hearing “family,” which led him to immediately ask Damon “what family was he there with. “

Damon confessed he was there with Kimmel’s mom, Joan Kimmel, and Kimmel’s sister, Jill. Kimmel feigned being upset over Damon being in attendance with his mom and sister, and then demanded that security got Damon out of the theater “right now.”
