WHAT DID I DO?

MOM,

STOP.

MAMA, come on.

I know. BABY is against you.

Friends, today’s skid mark is a meth addict whose child was found with meth in their body.

This is the case of Christina Bennett. And make sure you stay till the end. I have a whole bunch of crime scene photos and we’ll go through them together. But we will begin on the afternoon of April 15, 2023. Law enforcement officers were dispatched to a Circle K convenience store following allegations of shoplifting by Christina Bennett.

Christina was present at the store with her older juvenile daughter, Lilith, and her infant daughter, Amelia Bennett. Amelia is the victim in this case. She was approximately 5 months old. Now, when store personnel and responding police attempted to make contact with Christina, you know, to talk to her about her alleged shoplifting and then conduct an investigation, Christina did not comply.

She ran away. She went towards her vehicle and she tried to leave. According to the records, she entered her driver’s seat of her vehicle, placed Amelia at the front into her lap rather than securing her in the back seat. She then held the baby against the steering wheel and started to drive. Lilith was seated in the seat next to her in the passenger seat.

Christina then zoomed out of the parking lot, and this began a car chase. I mean, can you even Adam and Eve it? What the hell? Christina operated the vehicle at high speeds through active intersections, repeatedly disregarding red traffic control signals and crossed over dividing lines into lanes of oncoming traffic. These maneuvers forced other motorists on the roadway to take evasive actions to avoid collisions.

So then police thought, okay, this is so right that we’re just going to stop. Let her drive. We’ll find her, cuz if we keep chasing her, then this is going to become a lot worse. She’s got a baby in front of her and she’s driving. She’s got a juvenile next to her. We don’t want to make the situation worse. So, they terminated the car chase.

Now, following the termination and the review of the incident, the district attorney’s office approved multiple criminal charges against Christina. The filed criminal complaint charged her with child abuse without bodily harm, aggravated fleeing of a law enforcement officer, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

So because of this, there was an active felony bench warrant for her arrest. That in itself is bad enough, but that’s not what this story is about. That just gives you an indication of the kind of person she was. Now, in the days following this encounter, she remained at large in the community.

You know, on the outstanding felony warrant while continuing to retain physical custody of Amelia. Now, on April the 20th, 2023, the situation regarding Christina and her children developed into concern for her family. See, during that afternoon she was traveling by vehicle with both Lilith and Amelia. Witnesses saw her, and during this drive she was taking meth while both children were present in the vehicle.

So later, family became concerned. Christina video calls the family and they see her holding the child in her arms. She’s driving and she’s taking meth on camera. So Lilith, the other girl, distressed by her mother’s physical condition and the drug use inside the vehicle, made the decision to exit. Once the car stopped, she opened the door and she ran.

Following her departure from the vehicle, Christina’s family attempted to intervene directly. Christina’s mother, Diana, along with other relatives, they kept telling her, “Okay, please give us the baby. Surrender the baby to us. Go do whatever you want.” They wanted the child to be taken to a safe environment.

But Christina refused. She declined offers of temporary shelter and refused to disclose her location. She didn’t say where she was going and she didn’t tell her family where she was staying. So, faced with her refusal to give custody of the child, unaware of the substance abuse, the family contacted police. Calls were placed to emergency dispatch requesting the officers locate Christina and to execute this outstanding warrant.

Now, according to dispatch logs, a residence at 2523 Alvarado Drive in Albuquerque is where she was known to be sometimes. So, police went to review this location, but she wasn’t there. So, later that evening, they still couldn’t find her, and the search went on. And what happened that night, we don’t know.

But that’s critical going into the next morning. So, Friday, April 21st, 2023, around 9:00 a.m., Christina arrived at her parents’ home, Alan and Diana White. They lived at 10433 Ralph Avenue in Albuquerque. She drove a vehicle into their driveway. She got out. She walked toward the residence. She had Amelia in her arms.

She enters the home and she said to her family, “My baby is not breathing. Amelia is dead.” Alan observed his granddaughter and saw that she was limp, pale, and unresponsive, showing no signs of breathing. He then called 911 again. He reported to the dispatcher that his daughter had just arrived at the location. He has her baby.

Baby’s not breathing. Please come help us. He believed himself the baby was deceased. He requested emergency personnel. So then officer Travis Edmonson of the Albuquerque Police Department was among the first to arrive on the scene. Upon his arrival at the property, he observed Christina standing outside in the front yard, clutching Amelia against her chest.

You got it. You got it.

Let go of the baby. We got to do the right thing. Let’s try to save it. It’s okay.

How long has she been down for?

How long has she been down for?

I just was making my mom’s house.

Okay. How long has she been down? They brush your feet.

When the paramedics came, they approached Christina to take a look, but she wouldn’t let go of her baby.

She pulled the body away from first responders. She turned away. She was clutching onto the baby. She refused to listen. She refused to hand the baby over to medical personnel. So then police looked at her. They saw she was preventing paramedics from evaluating the child. So then officer Edmonson went in, took the baby off her, carried the baby across the yard to the fire and rescue ambulance.

This is when paramedics conducted a physical examination and initiated lifesaving measures. Following their examination, medical personnel determined Amelia had been deceased. Resuscitative efforts were discontinued. First responders and arriving investigators conducted visual examinations of the child’s body. There was a presence of dark discoloration surrounding both of Amelia’s eyes, as well as bruising across the infant’s ribs and stomach area.

What? What did I do?

What is this?

WHAT DID I DO?

WHAT DID I DO?

MOM,

STOP.

MAMA, COME ON.

I KNOW.

Let me CHECK ON MY BABY IS AGAINST YOU.

LET ME CHECK ON my baby.

Let me check on my baby.

Right now, you’re just being detained. Okay.

Okay. Don’t resist.

I told you to quit.

I have nothing.

I HAVE NOTHING.

LET ME SEE MY BABY.

Let me see my baby. My baby’s in there. I’m not leaving my children like that. I’m not leaving my children right off. HE JUST HURT MY DAUGHTER.

I HAVE right to REFUSE MEDICAL HEALTHCARE.

I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO REFUSE MEDICAL HEALTH CARE.

We’re trying to help you.

You stand up.

You guys need to help me. Let me help my baby.

I know. They’re doing life-saving efforts on your baby. We’re doing everything we can.

Real quick.

Doing everything we can. Okay.

To come back. Hold it.

What’s this in your back? Is that just a

Can I hold my baby?

We’ll go back in

right now.

You’re being

I need my baby. I want to hold my baby before I leave. I have the right to refuse medical health care for my children.

So then doctors from the medical office were dispatched to the property. They conducted an on-scene death evaluation. Upon arriving and completing these examinations, they formally declared the death of Amelia at 11:08 a.m. Following this declaration, the police department secured the house, and it became a crime scene. Officers placed yellow tape around the front yard and the residential driveway. They also secured Christina’s vehicle that she used to take the child to her parents’ house. They then took a whole bunch of photographs of the location, of which I’m going to show you more.

Alan and Diana White were then separated into different areas. They then conducted separate interviews regarding the events of what happened. They spoke about the FaceTime interactions. They mentioned the reported drug use. They mentioned Christina’s morning arrival and the discovery of the infant. And then when police went back into the car, typed Christina’s name into the computer system, records check confirmed the existence of the felony bench warrant from the Circle K.

So, she was already charged with child abuse and now her infant is no longer alive. So officers Bryce Ivy, William Jackson, and Travis Edmonson approached Christina in the front yard to place her under arrest. But again, she refused. They told her, “Put your hands behind your back.” But she didn’t listen. She began resisting their efforts.

She pulled her arms away from the police. She tensed her body and attempted to pull away from their grasp. In response to her physical resistance, the officers took her down to the ground and established physical control. Once on the ground, she continued her physical resistance, thrashing her body and refusing verbal commands to present her hands to be cuffed.

During the struggle, she kicked her legs backward and hit one of the officers. At the same time, she continued to struggle against the officers. Eventually, they worked to control her limbs and secure her hands. But because of her continued physical resistance, they became more aggressive and secured Christina with a protective restraint system designed to immobilize her legs and torso.

So then police asked paramedics, can you take a look at Christina? Did she have any injuries or trauma from their physical altercation? Upon completing the evaluation, the paramedics determined that she was physically stable. Of course, she was zonged out of her mind. I mean, just look at her face. But in terms of did the police do anything to injure her? No, she was fine.

But this is when she was transported to the detention facility. Now, while she was in the back of the car, she kept effing and blinding the whole time. My effing child this. My effing child that. How dare you do this? What the hell are you doing? Let me out. Etc., etc., etc. She was sobbing. She was screaming.

She was expressing hostility towards the police. She kept talking about her family, how bad they were, how they contributed to the death, she was completely incoherent. And when police were asking her, “Okay, love, calm your tits. Tell us what happened.” She refused. She just kept mouthing and flapping her gums.

So then when she gets to the detention center to exit the vehicle again, she refused to comply. She braced her body against the seat and refused to step out. So then police just grabbed her and took her out. And when she was being booked in the jail, she then claimed that the police assaulted her and that she was sexually assaulted and that she was raped during the arrest.

Of course, she’s talking bollocks. Now, part of the procedure when going to jail is that they look at you medically. They do like a medical screening, but she refused to do this because again, she had been taking meth and she was completely bonkers. She didn’t allow them to take her vital signs and declined to submit to a physical examination by medical staff.

But because she refused, they couldn’t really do anything. They had to go and get a court-ordered search warrant for her blood. So then they could take, you know, biological samples to see what kind of condition she was in. So now the Albuquerque’s crime against children unit was assigned to the case. Detectives from the unit reviewed physical evidence, evaluated witness statements from Alan, Diana, and the younger girl Lilith, and coordinated with the district attorney’s office.

Based on this, they filed criminal charges against Christina, child abuse resulting in death. Amelia, her body, was then transported to the medical examiner’s office for autopsy and toxicological testing. They again saw the dark discoloration and the bruises and the marks all over the body. But when they tested her blood, they found meth inside the child.

Christina, what the hell were you doing? So following her booking into the detention center, Christina’s case entered the court system. A preliminary appearance was scheduled, but Christina refused to go to court. The case subsequently proceeded to the district court and in August 2023, Christina entered a plea of no contest to the charge of child abandonment resulting in death.

Following the entry of the plea, the case proceeded to sentencing and she was sentenced to 10 years in prison. Now again, it’s unclear exactly how the child got meth. Christina didn’t agree to anything, right? She didn’t say this is what happened, etc., etc. I think while she was driving around like a crackpot, right, with the meth pipe or however she took it with the infant in front of her, some of it, maybe the infant ingested it through the nose or the mouth. I don’t know.

But you understand what I’m saying, right? Either way, Christina, you crazy. What is wrong with you? I don’t think 10 years is enough. I don’t think she intended this. I don’t. But still, 10 years, I’ve slept longer than 10 years. But you know what? Let’s have a look at some of the photos. Okay, so that’s the end of her story, but I got to show you all the crime scene photos cuz some of them are insane.

Now, I think this is when she’s taken into the jail. Look at the state of her meth out, doped out. I don’t know what the word is to describe her, but look at the next image. Oh my god. You guys see this hair? Does she pee herself? Could be any liquid. Look at how disgusting her clothes are. I mean, chapped lips, cracked lips.

I don’t want to judge cuz obviously she’s in a really, really bad state. And again, I don’t think she intended to take her child’s life, you know, by giving it meth or giving her meth. But I mean, just look what a way to live on the floor. What’s that? Like the sheriff’s office or whatever. He’s just. Whichever angle you look at it, it’s not a good look, love.

Now, we’re going to get to the actual crime scene. So, it was on Ralph Avenue. Let me just stay zoomed in here for you. There we go. Perfect. That’s the police car and the rescue. This is the ambulance. So, this is Christina’s car, I believe. And let’s have a look at all the crap in there.

There’s a bike, a Home Depot bucket. This is inside the paramedics. Um, I believe Amelia, I believe Amelia is there. She’s of course redacted. And this is Christina in the actual police car. I mean, they say a picture can tell a thousand words. Well, this one only says one. Another shot of her in the police vehicle. This is the gurney.

I believe the child is on outside the ambulance. This is inside her parents’ residence, I believe. Let’s take a look at some of these photos in here. So maybe one of the kids, maybe Christina’s sister or something. That’s the mother and father, I believe. Sister. Interesting. You don’t really see Christina in any of these, huh? Wow.

Interesting observation about what they thought of her. Very antique-looking house. They probably lived here for decades. No disrespect. I’m just saying the vibe comes from yesteryear. Okay. Who is all this? That doesn’t look like Christina to me. Yes, that’s probably her sister or something or other family members. Wait, that could be Christina though.

Let’s take a look at the kitchen. Bloody hell, look at all these boxes. Bottle of Bailey’s. Coke. More Coke. More Coke. Wow. I literally just bought these the other day. Like when my son goes to school, put a snack in his bag. The best ones here. Definitely the black one. It’s the barbecues.

What do you guys think? Let me know. What is your favorite flavor here? You got the Doritos, the ranch, the cheese. These Fritos are a complete waste of time. They are disgusting. Ruffles are okay. The cheese ones. Barbecue is the best. This green one. Is this sour cream and onion or something? Is it? I can’t remember. And cheetos are okay. Yeah, this number four.

The Lays in the barbecue. The best by far. Anyway, more important things. That’s the kitchen. Just more food and stuff in the kitchen area. There’s the laundry. Very clean floor to be fair. Laundry. More laundry. Hangers. Whose birthday was it? Interesting. Now, how old is this TV? Remember TVs in the ’90s, in the 2000s? This is like the smallest that they’d be back then, the back and the bulb.

And what were they called? Projector TVs. Or maybe they had a different word, but they used to be so much wider. Who has a slot machine in their house? What on earth is this? Wow. Is that a decoration piece? That’s the first I’ve seen. That’s an AC machine right there. Interesting. Okay. So, wow. Okay. So, brother, sister.

Where is Christina? I’m guessing that’s brother and sister. I don’t really know. So, now we’re going to another location. 10610 Central Avenue, Space 88. That tell that means there’s a search warrant here for it. That tells me that it’s a what do you call it? England is caravan in America. You guys got trailer park.

Sorry. There we go. This is probably where she lived or someone that she knew lived here. Is that a hammer on the floor? Is that a bed? Crikey. That there is a duvet. I hope the kids weren’t staying in these conditions, young lady. Okay, inside the caravan or the trailer park, sorry. That’s a bed. Ah, this is where the babies were staying. Holy Moses.

Have a look at that cot. Wow. Is that a skateboard and a mirror? This is the kitchen in there. Let’s see. Coffee. Is that some kind of baby formula? Maybe water. A whole bunch of condiments and goldfish, cinnamon toast. That’s her stove top over here in the corner for you. There you can see it. Now microwave. Wowers. This is just. Yeah, just the living room if you like. Shoes. Oh no.

Is that a diaper on the floor? That is disgusting. At least put it in a diaper bag or something. Or a trash bag. Diaper box. Diapers, baby wipes, more of the same condiments, baby blanket. Yeah, this is where the baby stayed. Sorry, let me flip that for you guys. There you go. That’s the window. That’s the circulation they had in here.

Oh my god, that is revolting. Is that a sink? Wow. This is the bathroom in here. Baby rice cereal microwave. Yeah. Well, this confirms this is where she lived. Just gets worse and worse the more you look at it. So, these are babies. Lilith Mallerie, probably her original name. Who’s William Byers? William, where the hell were you for your children? Fuck that crack pipe on the floor.

What the hell? Or meth pipe? Razor blades. Oh, is that a syringe? Oh no. Is that weed or cannabis? I see. Glasses. Sunglasses. Sorry. So yeah, this is her vehicle when everything was seized and sealed. This is where she must have been driving the baby around where she was taking the crack. Sorry, the meth while the baby was in her arms.

And this is the car over here. So it would have been over here where she would have been sat on the seat, baby on her lap and then chinwagging the meth pipe away. Look at this trash on the floor. Oh my god. But I mean, look at the condition of the baby in here. It just looks so condensed, so hot, so humid, so the baby’s sorry.

The baby must have been crying so much in these conditions. I mean, if you just go through it, the car is in an absolute state. It’s a pigsty. I mean, look at all that. How as a person can you have a car like this looking like a piece of shit? Don’t you just feel ashamed? Don’t you just feel dirty? What the fuck is wrong with you, Christina? Meth pipe recovered from the scene. Another angle of the meth pipe.

Baby shoe. Another angle of the baby shoe. And then, yeah, that’s the end of it. So, those are all of Christina’s crime scene photos. What an absolute pigsty of a person. Comment. Tell me what you think.
