It’s a night I’ll will never forget. Um me and Taylor are so thankful for everybody that showed up, you know, from from the vows to, you know, then let’s get down to Well done.
You got a great voice for I don’t have a great voice for like mo like modern music, but if you want to throw me in a Disney movie, I could rock. You’re basically a Disney prince. Yay. What is it? Let’s get down to business to pot. [clears throat] Oh, okay. I was I was like, where where are you going with this? Bring your sons and daughters.

And uh, we’re excited to get this thing rolling for season five, six. How many years have we been doing this? Apparently, this is the fifth one. And we’re your hosts here at New Heights. That’s right.

90 PERCENTERS. WE ARE BACK. IT’S SEASON FIVE. WE’RE GOING TO RECAP ALL WE’VE BEEN IN this off season. We’re going to get into everything from training camps. WE’VE ALSO GOT AARON DONALD. [screaming] HE’S BACK. AND TRAVIS. ALSO, uh I don’t know if you got into anything this off this offseason you want to mention, but if you do, we’re now would be the time.
WE’LL GET INTO JUST A LITTLE BIT OF that new news. New news coming in. hot. Our first bit of new news, though, arguably the most important bit of new news that we have, Jason has been selected for the Cincinnati Athletics 50th anniversary Hall of Fame class. That’s right. Jason’s a HALL OF FAMER. LET’S GO CATS.
How does it feel to be in the Hall of Fame, Jason? This is your second hall of fame that you’ve been inducted in. Correct. Well, Cleveland Heights. I’m trying to think. Have I been in another one? Are you in another one? Ohio Music Hall of Fame. Are you in that one? No, not in that one. Are you in the uh Ohio swim cadetses? No.
No, not in that one. I don’t think that one will exist yet. Well, uh either way, it How does it feel? It feels like Cincinnati wants some money. And time out. Time out. Let’s take that. Let’s rewind that back. Let’s keep it PG for our listeners. I mean, listen.
I was I was a twotime all big East. Come on now, baby. Biggest team went back when the biggest popping. No, you were first team. No, I was not, James. I was in second team all conference twice and I’m in the Hall of Fame. So, I does feel like a bit of this has been from my postc career uh at% 100%. Um, it’s an incredible honor.
I’m going in with my our former college teammate, my former pro teammate Connor Bowwin is also going to the Hall of Fame. Congrats. Congrats to Conor, man. You know the third member going in this year? Oh, I do know. I do know who it is. The old ball coach. That’s right. Bob Huggin. Huggy. Huggy bear. Coach Hugs. Congrats, man.
That’s awesome. So, part of an awesome class. Obviously, incredibly honored that Cincinnati would uh adorn me uh with this honor into the Hall of Fame class. Uh, but you know, I again I it feels a little odd knowing that uh I was a walk-on like two-time conference second team uh selection, but we did have a lot of success.
It was a fun time. I love Cincinnati. I still love going back. We’re going back to a game this week actually. Uh Connor, me and Brent Celich, we’re going to roll down. Uh so looking forward to that. Yeah, they got Boston College, baby. Let’s go, man. Let’s go. hat. Start off the year on the right foot, baby. Let’s go.
Yeah. So, uh, back to you, uh, getting into the Hall of Fame though, man. I hear what you’re saying. Um, but at the same time, man, your your football career, um, representative of the university and Exactly. Exactly. It’s it doesn’t just it’s that one little and it was and as much as you loved being there and you love talking about being there and you are you are in a big way an advocate for the university I think a lot of that is by all means a part of this and I think uh I think you you know you saying that you know you
went there you loved it there you grew there you became a even better football player there and then you went on to do unbelievable things um that a lot of centers in the entire world that have ever played this game have never done. I think that has a lot to do with you getting this uh this acknowledgement.
So, I appreciate it, Travis. Thank you. Um very honored to be there. Can’t wait to go back to Cincinnati. I love being there. Can’t wait to watch the Bearcats. Come on, baby. Get up old Nippert Stadium, man. Sit in one of those nice high-rise suites they got there, man. Oh, there are some there’s some sweet seats right above the uh the tunnel that the Cats walk out on now.
I saw him uh selling those tickets. Those things look sweet, man. The best seat I ever had was in the student section at the basketball game. That was Dude, you got It sounds like you got to find your way over to the student section, baby. I mean, listen to see the band come flying down those steps in the beginning.
I got a pretty I got a pretty iconic photo from like one of my first couple years out in the student section cheering on the UC basketball. Yeah. Yeah. Yay. The boys. Let’s go. Do we want to look at these college photos? Yeah. Let’s go. Let’s go ahead and throw throw out those college photos.
I think that’s Cincinnati posted, right? Gosh, [clears throat] looking at old photos, especially the college years, man. I got some gnarly photos. Holy Jason, you won the Heisman. I did. What a ball player, man. Man, dude, you got to bring back the stash, man. I So I just hate the way my face looks without a beard. Just kidding.
No way. Yeah. No chance. You’re a handsome young man, Jason. Look at that dude right there. Freshman year. That’s a Mike linebacker right there. That was when I was still linebacker for sure. That’s a man filling the a gap, baby. Let’s go. Oh, look at John Goble. Johnny G, baby. Pit sweat is Look at him.
This guy’s had a mic in his hand his entire life. He was made for this. Who the is that guy? Oh, Treny. What is this? Oh man. New Heights in the beginning. Is this the beginning of New Heights? Oh, Camp Higher Ground. That’s right. Camp Higher Ground. You probably were a freshman that year. M winning the Keg of Nails against Louisville.
Louisville. Yeah. Yeah, baby. Look at that, man. The one at the bottom is hilarious, man. That is Travis’s senior night. So, I would have been my second year. I got a torn ACL. Well, a freshly prepared ACL at that point. Oh, boy. Little Derek Wolf action. Wolfie in the picture. Another shot of Gobes.
How about it, man? This is a very random photo to include. Yep. That’s a Not my finest. Not my finest. Interesting. Interesting angle. Interesting shot. Oh, yeah. This is This is what This is what Jason’s teammates remember. Being at the front of the fight. The commanderin-chief always leading everybody into battle, baby.
Is that what I look like when I’m yelling? Is that how it always looks? You don’t really see it as that because it happens so fast. But I I think when I think that is you in the flesh, not AI. Yeah. Okay, perfect. That was back when I used to just take a a ra like I would just take my razor and that’s how I trim my eyebrows.
I would just go straight across my eyebrows so they end up being super thin and not having any shape. [laughter and clears throat] I would go right here. I would go right here. God, dude. I would go right here and then I would and then I would raor across the top. I’m not going to lie, that’s a pretty good line.
I If you didn’t say that, I would have never guessed. But they are definitely way thinner than what they are now. Oh yeah. That’s funny as hell, man. College is so funny, man. I remember one year I actually tried to shave my chest in college and then it grew back so fast that I tried to Yeah.
I tried to wax it after that and I showed up like 50-year-old Virgin where it’s like bloody and patchy and I have scabs on my chest. Yeah. Right. So, I just gave up on that whole idea real quick in about two weeks. I was like, “Yeah, I’ll probably never do that again.” Gosh, college. Just trying to figure things out, man.
Well, um, now that we’ve been able to embarrass me through a bunch of photos, let’s embarrass Travis. Travis made his debut as a global ambassador for Tommy Hilfiger. Can’t embarrass me. I mean, you look a lot better than I do. I love what you’re doing with your el do when you think of photo. Are they telling you to put your elbow like that? Um, sometimes you’ll get some you listen, photographers, they they have some good direction, you know? I always think of the scene in Austin Powers.
It’s like, I need a tiger. I need a You know what I mean? He’s like, “Yes, yes, no, no, no, yes.” Um, but yeah, I don’t remember whether I did this or not, but it is a bit it is a bit chip and daily for sure. It looks good. I mean, you’re definitely like suggestive a little bit with that right hand, BUT [screaming] it’s a good photo. It’s a good photo.
Oh, there’s more. Okay, there we go. There we go. Oh, I didn’t know that Wendy was was out of the bag. Yes, Wendy is that’s been released. Wendy is officially she is officially a picture dog. And uh she That’s a great picture. We got to get her We got to get her the uh the line and her size uh unfortunately is just she’s just got her fur on right now.
Um so we got to work with Tommy on getting her some uh some some good clothes. No, it’s uh it was fun. you know, we were going to use a dog in the shoot. Uh, and the entire team was mentioning, you know, we were going to use a dog and am I okay with dogs? I’m like, I have a dog. Like, oh, you want to bring your bring your dog in? I’m just like, uh, let me talk it over with my my fiance at the time.
Let me talk it over with Taye and uh, figure out, you know, what’s the best way to go about this? And she was all for it. And it’s it’s kind of crazy how perfect she looks in a Tommy Hilfiger world. You know what I mean? like she matches the brand and the shoot and it was pretty easy to get her to jump on the couch and have some fun with us.
So, um but yeah, Wendy’s uh Wendy’s now a um model. Yep, she’s a model dog. She looks great. She’s killing it. Little old Wendy’s a little over a year old now. Yep. We’ve had her for quite a while. Try to keep it under wraps. Got sniped. He got sniped at the airport. Well, it doesn’t it also doesn’t work when you do a Tommy Hilfiger shoot with her. But yeah.
Yeah. Good call. Good call. Speaking of other things out of the bag, we do have probably the most interesting bit of the off season that happened to both of us, but certainly to you, is that you’re finally married. We have not done a podcast since you are husband and wife has not married. What do we want to talk about? We’ve already talked about this on other podcasts and so forth.
Guests have shared things. What do we what what do we feel like sharing and discussing? I’ll leave the floor to you cuz I don’t I don’t know. At this point, we’re what over a month out. It’s uh it’s been so much fun. First of all, the night was a night I it was insane. It’s a night I’ll will never forget.
Um me and Taylor are so thankful for everybody that showed up, you know, from from the vows to, you know, just seeing everyone to how much fun we had uh throughout the entire evening and hearing that uh kind of be relayed through everybody’s stories of the night. And it was just so magical, man. And I wish it could have lasted even longer than it did.
It felt like it just happened at a blink of an eye. They kicked us out. Well, well, they stop they once the drinks stop being served, uh, everyone kind of just starts to, you know, mossy out. But, um, you know, thank you to everyone at MSG that allowed us to do this. We we wanted to do it somewhere where we could have a very, uh, intimate and genuine setting without uh, without a lot of distractions.
And we we needed it to be a private feel. So, and then and MSG went above and beyond to give us that. And uh, I can’t thank everybody enough about that. that showed up, but also uh that helped uh put the show on. Uh and it was it was a very magical magical night. And uh I can’t I can’t say thank you to everyone without give a special thank you to the Adam Sandler.
Oh my gosh. Um he has been just the best person on this planet. And I for him to be up for uh getting ordained in the state of New York and marrying me and Taylor. Yeah. And the way he did it in the very, you know, Sandman style and giving us more than we could have ever imagined in that moment, knowing that uh it was the biggest night of both of our lives, it was uh it was absolutely insane, man.
Yeah. I I I when you said Adam was going to be officiating the wedding, I initially I was like, man, that’s he’s going to be hilarious. But it wasn’t until like right before the wedding that I realized, oh my god, he’s gonna like crush this because there’s a No.
Well, I mean, obviously he’s an entertainer and he’s very he’s he’s hilarious, but there’s a sweetness in everything Adam does like all of his movies and like like there’s a degree of it that I think really resonates with officiating a wedding. I mean, obviously be a wedding singer, too. I guess he is officially a wedding singer now, but um I mean, it was he he was absolutely fantastic.
And the other thing was the ceremony was beautiful. Adam killed it. Both you and Tay were incredible in your vows. The thing I really liked about this wedding in particular and the way you guys structured it was like after all that was done, like there wasn’t like the sit down formal stuff. There wasn’t like a bunch of the speeches.
It was just time to party and have fun. And that’s what made it so fun to for like for me to be there. You’re seeing all these A-list celebrities. And then I said this on someplace else, but like you see Mrs. I haven’t seen Mrs. Clark in forever. See, that was like the highlight. I saw Brad Pitt hugging Conan O’Brien. I see Paul McCartney.
And then all of a sudden I see Mrs. Clark and I’m like, “What in the world?” And like it’s this, you know, we Yeah, that was that was it was so cool to see how everybody interacted and, you know, with no phones comes, you know, not people not having to be on guard and like feel that, you know, something, you know, whatever whatever that feeling is for everyone.
It it makes it makes everyone be in the moment and be present. And it was uh it was so cool seeing everyone from my childhood not only mesh with Taylor and her childhood and her family and friends and uh and people that she works with to to who we’ve, you know, come encounter with over our career and who we just admire as people and um have become good friends with now.
And it’s it’s just been so cool to see that world come together and hear through person by person uh you know after the wedding just how awesome of a time everyone had there. And um and that’s what we wanted it to be. We wanted it to be you know a beautiful ceremony and it was fun. But we also wanted to make sure that everybody left there having some fun.
Yeah. And uh and it was a it was a magical night, man. Yeah. And I mean that’s what I mean like you know Paul McCartney, Brad Pitt, like there’s there’s and the but then also people that you guys grew up with and still have relationships with today like seeing that ensemble and cast of people all sharing one room to to celebrate and like you know experience today with you guys like as someone just associated with a piece of that.
It was it was just like it was so special and so awesome. forever grateful for everybody that showed up and supported it, man. Also, uh 92enters, for those of you that are unaware, our own Jet Jake is officially a father. That’s right. Jake, he has taken on perhaps the most important role he will ever take on in his life.
and he is now hardwiring a bunch of information into a child’s brain that will either be a success or lead to the next Ted Bundy. We don’t know which one will happen here. Oh, no. No, you can’t do that. Time will tell [clears throat] what his job is. And that’s that’s fatherhood. And for those of you wondering why he is not coming on today, he is on paternity leave.
Um, which I have already started giving him I mean, let’s be honest. You’re not doing much, Jake. Like, you can tweet with your hand and hold your baby. Like, we’re not you’re not going into the mill, right? You’re not forging iron and then having you can do both of these at the same time. I’m just saying. I’m with Jake on this, man.
You got to get when you need some time off, you got to get some time off, MAN. HE’S GOT PLENTY OF TIME OFF. HE’S JUST HAD A MONTH OFF. YEAH. Answer some of the 92enters. There’s not that much time. That’s all I’m saying. The baby’s going to be asleep for half of it. All it’s doing is eating, sleep, and And that’s pretty much what the infant does for these first three months.
I get maternity. I’m all She’s listening to everything Jake saying. Listen, I’m all about fatherhood. I’m all about being a great dad. But like, we all know like you’re only so much you can do. Like, you don’t they aren’t latching on to your tits. You can bottle feed. Listen, I my baby needs me, man.
Yeah, your baby needs you. You can be there. I’m just saying there’s not much I think Kai just peed Kylie just walked in. Kai, is 3 months too long for Jets take paternity leave? I need a woman’s perspective cuz I feel like I’m going to be shunned if I don’t for paternity leave.
Yeah, paternity. Is he on that call? No, that Jake is he’s on paternity leave. Yes, that is too long. It’s too long. What’s what’s an appropriate time of paternity leave? I You’re asking the wrong person. As someone who had a husband who went back Well, yeah, we we were football players.
We had to work. They They don’t give you a paternity leave in the NFL. [gasps] I’m getting crushed right now. You’re going to get We don’t want any of THIS TO HAPPEN. THAT’S IT for new news. We’re probably cutting that. Once again, congrats to our good friend Jake and his wife Emily.
Very happy for both of you. I hope you guys do a good job. It sounds like you already are, Jake. You are taking your full paternity leave. Well, and we’ll shoot to a quick ad read and then we’re going to talk some actual football. So, we’ll see you guys in a second. Let’s see who’s sponsoring the show.
New season football is almost here. It’s back, but it is almost here. We’re about two weeks out of the uh season kickoff. actually probably about a week and a half since we’re playing on a Wednesday out in uh Australia. Um but the NFL season kicks off next Wednesday. So, let’s get into everything from training camp and the preeason. That’s right.
And let’s start with you, Trap. Obviously, you guys just finished up uh St. Joe’s training camp out there in the wonderful state of Missouri. Yeah. Officially on to the you know, we’re done preseason games now. Now, we’re focused on the regular season. You guys open it up with the Denver Broncos. Big opener. But let’s rewind a little bit.
How was it your 14th season at St. Joe’s? Man, it’s crazy. It’s gone 14 years since the first time I walked up there. They all are the same. You know, Coach Reed runs this camp uh very I mean, I’ve only been under one coach and uh so I know the schedule like the back of my hand now.
Um the biggest difference is I’m I’m I’m pretty prompt and on time uh nowadays uh my rookie year. I’ve seen you running down the hill a couple clips online though. And so you’re still It’s just my excitement to get things going, you know. Um, you [clears throat] know, excited for the day. Yes. I would say year 14.
Uh, I’ve been in the same dorm, 214 over at Scantland Hall for 14 years. Every year, same room. Wow. Same room. So if you’re if you’re in suite 214 over there at Scantland Hall, just know we’ve slept in the same bed. on the same toilet. Oh my gosh. It’s a time in the season that you have to have.
And I love that coach Reed and and the Chiefs still get away from the city and we still take a trip away from the reality of things and get people away from you know the every day that is Kansas City that I mean you’re there for 6 months you know at the least if you’re not in even talking about the offseason and it’s almost like a sanctuary for me up there in St. go.
And it’s where I know I can just focus on my craft, getting my body as healthy as possible. Um, all while making sure I I come to work every single day. And I put all I I put the pads on when we’re putting pads on to be able to to to get to build up the callous and the and and the armor that you need to have to to get through a a 16, 17, 18 game season or 20 game season, whatever it is.
And we’re fortunate enough to play this year. It’s that as well as the camaraderie and building that chemistry with the team and um and I don’t think you t you you get as much of that by doing it in the same place that you do the entire agree or or if you don’t you have to go you have to go to other areas to be able to incorporate that.
You know, I think as I get older in my career, I I really appreciate the fact that, you know, I did take those three weeks every single year to just focus on that and to be around the guys and to really just dive in and be all in on what we’re about to, you know, um endure together. Yeah, I I 100% agree. I mean, we went away in college to uh higher ground.
We went away when I first was with the Eagles with Andy to Lehi those first couple years. And I I was one of the minority players that like really enjoyed going away for camp. I mean I I like there’s just something about like even I like going to St. Joe’s this year. There’s a different like feeling being at like a college like that.
Like even just walking around seeing the buildings, the public is over there and it’s open to people to just come on in and watch. Uh, I remember hitting a sled for the first time in front of like a bunch of dudes just drinking beer and enjoying how cool it was to watch NFL players practice and like even growing up for us that was one of the only things we saw from the Browns.
We went to like a training camp practice one year cuz it was so hard to get tickets. Um, so it’s like you’re forced to spend time around your teammates and like is it a little bit different now because there’s like phones and people bring laptops and computers where like you could still kind of like disassociate. Yes.
But it definitely forces you to be together a little bit more. Um, and I don’t know, I always enjoyed that aspect of going to like one of these colleges. So the stuff that I’ve enjoyed is just watching the Big Yeti like making some awesome moves and catches. It’s like there’s been some playing some good old ball, baby. There’s some been some really good clips of you. Yeah.
Going up and getting the ball, putting a little a little a little. So, just so you know, this is one thing. I liked watching this cuz you’re my brother and I thought it was great. I cannot stand when teams put these clips online because for every That’s what I’m saying. The Eagles do it, too. And like I love the Philadelphia Eagles.
And I love watching the clips, but like like they put out a clip of like Jaylen Carter beating the out of like a guy who’s trying his hardest to make the team. It’s like, dude, can we just like let practice be its own thing? We don’t need to show everything. Like, yeah, but I mean that’s the the media is going to run with what they can get a hold of.
Yeah, you’re right. And it’s open practice, so there’s no point even holding it back. That’s just one thing. Like to me, if there’s one safe space that a guy should feel good about, like, hey, I’m going to try this new thing and like it might not work out, but I’m going to try it and practice because it’s not a game and then all of a sudden it it’s basically the old but worse cuz now it lives forever on social media. Any whatever.
Um, but it wasn’t all good. It did start off with a lot of I mean I the only way I could describe it is fat shaming, my brother internet. And uh listen, man, sometimes you just got to have, you know, some extra. I was listen. Yeah. You know what I’m saying? Like those sourdough. Yeah, baby.
Everyone’s We were in a world there for a little bit where they were saying fat is bad. Fat is bad. I’m just saying, man. Sometimes, you know, fat could be good, too. What’s crazy is it AI has gotten so good. It was hard to tell cycling through those photos like what is the real photo? Where is Travis? Man, that fat.
Yeah, I saw him last week. He looked way better than that. He really had a hell weekend. He’s been wearing baggy shirts lately. So, maybe that’s it. Even the route right there where I where I beat Gilman, who’s a great player, and he got me a lot of the times in camp, too. And you don’t you don’t see everything uh that that’s out there.
They just saw how slow that route was. And what they don’t realize is that that route is based off of a hundred other routes that I’ve ran that that camp and I’m setting up that move or I’m trying to entice that move and I’m going so slow it’s like I’m feeding you what you what you want to try and jump the the route that you think I’m going to run with the pace.
Exactly. Exactly. It and and it’s messing with the pace, man. That was so funny reading some of these comments on on that clip going viral and then obviously the the fat shaming and saying that I got a dad body. It’s all social media just having fun and uh and I I even laugh at this I mean it’s pure comedy.
Well, Andy uh was quick to have your back. He’s like everybody’s saying Travis Kelce has a dad bot, but he is in good shape. And I noticed that coach. Yeah. big hand. And listen, if there’s one person that wouldn’t say that, like if that wasn’t true, there’s no chance Andyy’s saying that, right? Which but I think um yeah, I know you other years I’ve came in way fatter than I am this year for sure.
Yes. Yeah. This is we’re we’re we’re doing good so far. I was actually What’s that’s so funny the difference of our positions. I was actually in encouraged to be fat going into training camp. Like Kell, we know you’re going to lose like 10 pounds at training camp. Please come in a little fat, sir.
Uh, we need you to be fat. Um, Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift have become experts at balancing life in the spotlight with keeping their most personal moments private. As one of pop culture’s most watched couples, they know exactly how to give fans a glimpse into their world without revealing everything.
And this week, fans got one of their sweetest surprises yet. Within just 48 hours, Taylor and Travis’s mysterious fourth pet officially stepped into the spotlight, while Travis returned to the microphone alongside his brother Jason Kelsey for the highly anticipated season 5 premiere of their hit podcast New Heights. But the biggest surprise, the adorable fluffy white dog finally had a name.
Meet Wendy, dogface red heart. The story began when Travis appeared in a major fashion campaign set in the heart of New York City. The campaign featured the NFL superstar surrounded by fashion, celebrity, and classic New York energy. Set at the legendary Plaza Hotel, the campaign brought together the worlds of sports, entertainment, and style.
Travis stood alongside several famous faces, but fans quickly noticed someone else stealing the spotlight. A fluffy white dog appeared beside him, and social media immediately went wild. Fans quickly realized that the adorable pup was part of Travis and Taylor’s family. However, there was one major mystery that nobody seemed able to solve.
What was her name? For a brief moment, the world knew the dog’s breed, but not her identity. That mystery didn’t last long. The following day, Travis and Jason Kelsey returned with the season 5 premiere of New Heights, and Jason accidentally delivered the reveal fans had been waiting for. Jason jokingly said, “I didn’t know that Wendy was out of the bag.
” And just like that, the secret was officially out. Wendy Dogface Sparkles Travis happily confirmed the name and immediately joked about Wendy’s brand new celebrity career. According to Travis, Wendy is now officially a picture dog. He laughed about her suddenly becoming a model and joked that she might now need her own fashionable wardrobe.
But what makes the story even sweeter is that Travis didn’t make the decision alone before bringing Wendy into the campaign. He talked it over with Taylor. And according to Travis, Taylor was completely on board with letting their adorable pup make her big debut. It was a small detail, but one that gave fans another glimpse into how the newlywed couple makes decisions together behind the scenes.
Travis also revealed something surprising about Wendy. She isn’t actually a brand new addition to their family. In fact, Wendy is already more than a year old. Travis explained that they had been keeping her mostly private and away from the cameras for quite some time. So, while Wendy may be new to the public, she’s apparently been part of Taylor and Travis’s home life for much longer than fans realized.
And she’s joining a very famous pet family. Taylor Swift has long been known as one of the world’s most famous cat moms with her beloved cats Meredith Gray, Olivia Benson, and Benjamin Button becoming celebrities in their own right. Now Wendy officially completes the family’s four pet household. Four longtime Taylor fans. It’s a charming new chapter.
The iconic cat mom now shares a growing pet family with her NFL superstar husband. But Wendy wasn’t the only emotional topic during the New Heights season 5 premiere. Travis also opened up about something fans have been desperately waiting to hear more about, his wedding to Taylor Swift. Red Heart Travis described the celebration as a night they will never forget.
He spoke warmly about everyone who attended and expressed how thankful he and Taylor were for the people who shared the special moment with them. He described the experience as magical. But Travis also admitted that there was one thing he wished he could change. He wished it had lasted longer. According to Travis, the entire celebration went by incredibly fast.
Almost like it happened in the blink of an eye. And honestly, that’s probably something many couples can relate to. You spend months preparing for one of the biggest days of your life and then suddenly it’s over. For Travis and Taylor, however, that magical night marked the beginning of an entirely new chapter.
Their relationship has always existed in a fascinating space between public and private. They can appear in front of thousands of people, dominate headlines around the world, and become the center of massive media attention. Yet somehow, they still manage to keep certain parts of their lives completely their own.
And Wendy’s introduction perfectly represents that balance. First, fans got a glamorous surprise appearance. Then, just when the internet began asking questions, Travis revealed the name himself on New Heights. It was classic Taylor and Travis. Little mystery, little surprise, and just enough information to make fans smile. Wendy is no longer simply the mysterious fluffy dog seen beside Travis.
She’s officially Wendy. She’s a member of Taylor and Travis’s growing family. And according to Travis, she’s already beginning her career as a picture dog and model. Dogface sparkles. Meanwhile, Travis is returning to his familiar routine after a summer filled with major personal milestones, fashion campaigns, and unforgettable memories.
He’s now heading back into football mode and returning to new heights alongside Jason. Life is moving quickly. One moment, Travis is starring in a glamorous New York campaign with Wendy by his side. The next, he’s sitting behind a microphone with Jason, laughing about his dog becoming famous and reflecting on one of the biggest moments of his life.
And perhaps that’s what makes this latest chapter so interesting. For all the massive headlines surrounding Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey, it’s often the smallest details that fans remember most. A dog appearing unexpectedly in a campaign, a brother accidentally revealing her name, Travis joking about her becoming a model, and Taylor quietly supporting the decision behind the scenes.
No huge announcement, no dramatic reveal, just a sweet little glimpse into their life together. And for fans, sometimes that’s more than enough.
