Overtime thrills! Taylor Swift’s emotional reaction as Travis Kelce & the Chiefs secure a nail-biting win vs. Colts
Travis Kelce leads the Chiefs with eight catches, 100 yards, 84 YAC, and the touchdown. During the Kansas City Chiefs tight 33-30 victory over the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday Night Football, Kelce broke the mark with his signature balance and strength on receptions. The game featured multiple lead changes, Jonathan Taylor’s touchdown run for Indy, and Chiefs fans booing a disputed call amid the back-and-forth action.
Kelce also climbed the tight end receiving yards list, now trailing only Tony Gonzalez, while celebrating key plays on the field. Taylor Swift showed off her WAG credentials as she cheered on husband Travis Kelce during his game against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday night. The billionaire superstar, 36, rocked a surprisingly affordable look for the game, putting her toned arms on display in a tiny Kansas City Chiefs tank top.
The 100% cotton top by Erin Andrews. Swift was seen pointing at her wedding ring as she celebrated Kelce’s touchdown at one point. “That’s my husband.” screamed the pop superstar, who was at Arrowhead Stadium alongside her parents, Scott and Andrea Swift, and mother-in-law Donna Kelce. As for her hair, the Fate of Ophelia singer, who was seen in a suite with her parents, Scott and Andrea Swift, kept her hair down, showing off her signature bangs and added gold hoop earrings.
The 14-time Grammy winner’s jewelry was hard to miss, specifically her old-mine-cut diamond engagement ring by Kinder Lu Beck that sparkles beautifully alongside her latest piece, her wedding band. She married Kelsey in a star-studded wedding at Madison Square Garden in New York City on July 3rd.
Andrews, Fox’s long-time NFL sideline reporter and a close friend of Swift and Kelsey, attended the lavish affair. Swift’s presence at Sunday’s Chiefs game marks back-to-back appearances. Last week, the singer was all in on the game while supporting Kelsey from the suite alongside her mom Andrea, mother-in-law Donna Kelsey, brother-in-law Jason Kelsey, and actor Tom Cruise.
To no surprise, the life of a showgirl singer dressed the part. She arrived in a flirty red and white gingham collared dress to go with her signature red lip and banged golden blonde hairstyle, which she recently cut to its shortest length yet. Add another feat to an already decorated and lengthy resume for Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelsey.
The 36-year-old set the NFL record for most yards after the catch against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday Night Football. Kelsey surpassed Hall of Fame running back Marshall Faulk to supplant himself at the top of the list. He accomplished the feat in the first half of the game and also scored a touchdown. Other NFL records Kelsey holds are career postseason games, postseason 100-yard games, and career Super Bowl receptions.
The seven-time All-Pro certainly has a gold jacket waiting for him when he hangs up his cleats. As for now, Kelsey will look to continue to etch his name in the record books, adding to an already historic career. While Nikki Glaser fired up Taylor Swift and Kansas City Chiefs fans in a promo video for the team that aired on Sunday Night Football, the comedian, who’s a Swift super fan, narrates and stars in the video that’s set to the pop star’s 2017 hit, Ready for it? “People love a winner until they win too much,” she notes, referring to the
Chiefs dynasty. “People want dynasties to die and for champs to become chumps. And when that downfall finally comes, it hurts like a tush push you weren’t expecting,” she continues, referencing both the Chiefs disappointing season last year and the Philadelphia Eagles football play associated with Swift’s brother-in-law, Jason Kelce.
Glazer goes on, “But without the downfall, you don’t get the thing that people love most of all, the comeback.” The video also features footage of Swift cheering on her husband, Travis Kelce. And it’s safe to say the world’s greatest singer-songwriter is now a permanent fixture at Arrowhead Stadium, Glazer says.
And I speak for all Swifties when I say, “We want more cutaways.” Glazer rocks a glittery red jersey with Kelce’s number, 87, on it, but the name on the back reads, “Taylor’s husband,” instead of a tight end’s name. She concludes, “So here we go, Kansas City. Tonight we take on the Colts. Before you know it, we’ll be back on top, and then the rest of you can go back to hating us all over again.
” Swift was present at Arrowhead Stadium Sunday for the Chiefs game against the Indianapolis Colts. She was with her parents, Scott Swift and Andrea Swift, as well as her mother-in-law, Donna Kelce, in a VIP suite. The blank space singer wore a Chiefs tank and playfully flashed her ring, shouting, “My husband,” when Travis scored a touchdown.
Glazer attended Swift and Kelce’s star-studded wedding at Madison Square Garden in New York City in July. Earlier this month, she dished about the wild experience during her residency at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas. “I am a huge Swifty, probably the biggest Swifty that was at that event. If you’re a Swifty, you’ll understand.
I got the text inviting me to the wedding. I never thought in a million years I’d get invited, she shared with the audience. I don’t even know them, but I got invited and I’m shaking as I’m opening the message. I’m like, “Oh my god. I want to tell everyone that I know.” she continued. Glazer, 42, lamented she had nothing to show for it since all guests had to turn off their phones.
“I go in and I have no pictures. It sucks so much because it was the best night of my life as a Swifty. Like, the coolest thing I’ve ever seen.” she gushed. “The purest love I’ve ever witnessed and I have no pictures and no evidence.” It comes nearly 3 months after she tied the knot with Kelsey, also 36, at Madison Square Garden on July 3rd.
Kelsey was back in NFL action as the Kansas City Chiefs looked to build on Monday night’s season opening win over the Denver Broncos. Swift skipped the Emmy Awards to be in the stands alongside Hollywood legend Tom Cruise on week one and the singer-songwriter was back among the crowd as the Colts visited Kansas City on Sunday.
During the first quarter, Kelsey caught a pass from quarterback Patrick Mahomes to score the Chiefs’ first touchdown of the night and cameras caught Swift celebrating in her luxury suite by pointing to her ring. Reports claim it cost the tight end up to $1 million. dollars. She and Kelsey exchanged vows with 1,000 guests in attendance this summer renting the world’s most famous arena out to celebrate with loved ones as well as many A-listers from the world of music and film.
On Saturday night, the newlyweds headed out to celebrate Kelsey’s teammate Patrick Mahomes’ 31st birthday at 1587 Prime the Steakhouse opened by the quarterback and tight end last year. But less than 24 hours later, it was back to the day job for Kelsey who arrived at Arrowhead Stadium in eye-catching outfit. The athlete, who has been flirting with retirement over recent seasons, wore a Louis Vuitton jacket with a black and blue pattern as well as an LV logo over his chest.
Earlier this week, Kelce was named as one of the victims in a huge Ponzi scheme that saw a man scam more than $35 million from oblivious investors. He was named in federal court on Tuesday as one of the people who lost money in the scheme, which has led to Siddharth Jawhar being sentenced to 11 years in prison.
As revealed in a press release by the US Attorney’s Office, Jawhar, an illegal immigrant, ran Swift Dark Capital LLC and was found to have funneled nearly all of his clients’ money into one investment, Philip Morris Pakistan. Federal prosecutors claimed that when that investment didn’t work out, Jawhar lied to Kelce and the other victims about how their money was performing, while also using new investor cash to pay earlier clients in a massive Ponzi scheme.
What’s more, the court heard that Jawhar, 38, used Kelce’s cash to live the high life, only investing around $10 million of the $35 million he was given by the various investors and splashing out on private jets, luxury hotel rooms, and restaurants. It has not yet been revealed exactly how much Kelce lost in the scam, and prosecutors made clear that he is a victim and not accused of any wrongdoing.
